Prashant is the goto guy for loans. He will get you the best deal, available based on your circumstance. If you are getting a better deal somewhere else, he will tell you to grab it. But this case would be rare. For my Car loan, he was able to get me 1.5% less than the market rate. The deal he got me was the best. Even a few other sales persons/brokers who were contacted, told me the deal ( found by Prashant ) was the best in the market and they were not able to get me an interest rate as low as in this deal. For my next loan, I will definitely reach out to Prashant. I recommend you do the same.

Finding the right home loan takes a lot of time when you do it by yourself and the results could be disappointing. After 3 years with a high fixed rate, at the end of the period, we decided to move to a variable rate. When doing our due diligence, we contacted a few banks to see what they could offer before talking to Prashant and Dee (this was the second refinancing we did with Loancraft). Our bank at that time offered us a yet high variable rate, even with their 'client discount'. Another bank even suggested stretching the loan duration to 3 more years to try 'help us' avoid paying for lender mortgage insurance again. Totally insane, right? On the contrary, Dee and Prashant's services were not less than outstanding as they exceeded our expectations. Both were very helpful in every step of the process, transparent and committed to providing the best loan advice. They have in-depth knowledge of how bank loans work and provided several options suitable to our financial situation for us to choose from.
